Poster and oral presentation guidelines

Oral presentations

Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes (including time for Q&A and preparation).
A Windows based computer and projector will be available in the session room.
Microsoft Office 2013 is installed in the computer: Powerpoint and PDF files will be accepted
Your presentation files can be accepted on a USB stick or your own computer can be connected if necessary.


Poster presentations

ISAT will provide one poster board for each presentation. The author should prepare his/her poster in advance.
The poster should be less than 1189mm tall by 841mm wide, size A0.
Posters should include the title of the presentation and the list of authors.
Thumbtacks will be available onsite for mounting the poster.
Posters should be set up half an hour before the start of the session.
The presenter should be available to explain his/her work in front of the poster when referees visit the poster (approximately 4mins).
